EGA would love to host your child’s next birthday party! Your birthday party package gains you:
- exclusive use of the entire gym including a full sized sprung floor, 10 metre trampoline, foam pit, bars, and beams!
- 2 of our amazing, qualified coaches (additional coaches are included if party numbers exceed 22) who will use all of the above mentioned equipment and more for circuits, activities and games tailored to your child’s party needs.
If your birthday party package includes use of EGA’s kitchenette (2 hour and 3 hour birthday party packages), you will have access to a fridge and freezer, kettle, microwave, oven and bench space. The host is responsible for all food and cutlery including birthday cake and party decorations.
The cost of your birthday party package is made up of exclusive gym hire at $95 per hour and the cost per child which varies depending on the number of participants due one week prior to the date & time of your birthday party.

How to book your EGA Birthday Party
Bookings are made through completing the form attached to your selected birthday party package in which you will nominate your preferred birthday party date and time. If this is available, a non-refundable deposit of $50 will be required at the time of booking to reserve the preferred date and time for your birthday party. Bookings are not considered to be final without this deposit. You will receive an email within 2 business days to confirm your reservation and provide further information if required. The reminder of the package fee is due 1 week prior to the party.
Terms & Conditions
- Saturday birthday parties commence from 3:00pm and Sunday birthday parties commence from 9:00am (subject to availability).
- A 20% surcharge is applied on Sunday’s, school holiday’s and public holiday’s.
- Party organisers can arrive at EGA 15 minutes prior to party time for setup and EGA’s coaches will clean up for you during the last 15 minutes of your party room celebrations! Please note these times are not negotiable as we may have back to back bookings and a $50 late fee charge will apply.
- Parents hosting the birthday party are responsible to ensure that party guests are following the rules set by our centre and our coaching team.
- Alcohol is banned from EGA’s facility at all times
- EGA coaches hold the right to remove any persons from the facility if the centre rules are not followed or for unruly behaviour.
- EGA must be notified of changes to birthday party numbers at least 2 weeks prior to the party as any more than 22 children require an additional coach.
